The experts who work for Schänis have a great deal of experience from various industries, along with theoretical knowledge. So we combine broad-based expertise under one roof. During the more than 90 years our company has been in existence we've naturally had to learn a few hard lessons, but we have also gained a significant edge in terms of our expertise. Thanks to our wide-ranging knowledge, we always have the entire process chain for a product in mind, and can therefore provide sound advice to our customers and respond flexibly to changes or requests. Tool types
Our competencies include the manufacture of individual tools, including punching, bending, stamping and drawing tools or combined tools, and complex progressive dies and transfer tools up to a lenght of 2'500 mm. On request we also manufacture individual spare parts.

With our CAD-CAM-supported toolmaking, we guarantee secure transfer of design data into toolmaking. The intelligent CAD-CAM technology also guarantees fast processing of the parts on our modern machinery.
